Cookies and similar storage let IdeaPilot remember essential platform state such as secure sessions, platform theme preferences, consent choices, and launch-list popup preferences.

On the marketing site, the current consent banner stores your cookie preference locally so we can avoid showing the same prompt on every visit.

Essential cookies support authentication, security, and basic product behaviour. These cannot be disabled if you want to use the platform.

Examples include Supabase auth session cookies, the platform app theme preference, the saved cookie choice, and the launch-list popup preference stored locally on your device.

We use Vercel Web Analytics on the marketing site to understand aggregate traffic (for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the site). Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies or any persistent device identifier, so it is always on and cannot be individually disabled.

When you accept cookies from the banner below, we also enable PostHog, a product analytics tool that helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. PostHog stores a small identifier in your browser’s local storage/cookies to recognise repeat visits. This is optional — declining or later clearing your consent choice stops PostHog from running and does not affect your ability to use the site.

We do not run advertising or marketing cookies on the IdeaPilot marketing site.

You can clear cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time.

If you remove your saved consent choice, IdeaPilot may show the cookie banner again the next time you visit the marketing site. For the launch-list popup, closing it with the X hides it until the next day, while clicking “don’t show again” or successfully joining the list hides it for roughly a month on that device. If you clear the stored popup preference, that popup may appear again sooner.
